Q: Have you done this work before?
A: Yes - for 8 years as a fractional Head of Product with companies like Doctorlink (5K→50K users, CE mark), MyPulse (Video GP product), and others. This is the first time I'm delivering it as a standalone sprint instead of ongoing fractional.

Q: Why only 3 spots?
A: I want to over-deliver and get detailed feedback. I can only do this alongside my fractional work if I limit numbers.
Q: What if I'm not satisfied?
A: You can have you money back and you don't give me a testimonial. Simple. I'm so confident in the value that this will bring as I've been doing this work at £10k+/month for years.
